European Union (EU):
For all orders shipped within the EU, all applicable taxes and duties are already included in the product price. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
Switzerland:
Orders shipped to Switzerland are delivered duty-free. You will not be charged any additional fees upon receipt.
International Orders (outside the EU and Switzerland):
Please note that import duties, taxes, or other customs charges may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient.
Moonlight Mansion does not collect these charges at checkout. They are typically calculated based on the country of origin and the classification of the goods, and are due once your package arrives in your country.
If such charges apply, they must be paid to release your package from customs.
In some countries, you may also be required to provide additional customs information to our shipping partners in order to receive your order.
Important:
If a package is refused at the point of delivery and returned to us, any resulting fees and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
