Defective or incorrect products

We are really sorry that you received an incorrect or defective product.

Incorrect product

If you received an incorrect product, please contact our customer support. We will provide you with a return slip, and you can return the item at no cost to you. Additionally, please upload some images of the incorrect product for our reference.

Defective product

If you received an defective product, please contact our customer support and send some images of the defective product and your order number. 

Please fill out the enclosed return form (attached below) and place it in the package before it is shipped. Please note on the return form that you received and incorrect or defective product and include it in your package.
